Lindsay Lane is a Michigan licensed attorney who has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and businesses navigate trademarks, copyrights, contracts, and small business matters.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2019 and went on to work as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. After completing her clerkship at the Bankruptcy Court and with a background in sales and marketing, Lindsay formed Lane Law, PLLC.

Lindsay understands the importance of brand identity and is committed to assisting entrepreneurs and businesses protect their brands. Her insight into industry trends allows her to provide a strategic approach and perspective on various legal issues. 

Outside of her practice, Lindsay is a “foodie” who also loves fashion, sports, and traveling. She also consults and collaborates with other solo and boutique law firms offering strategic legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues.
