Lindsay Lane is a Michigan licensed attorney who has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and businesses navigate the complexities of trademark and contract law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2019. She then went on to work as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. After completing her clerkship at the Bankruptcy Court and with a background in sales and marketing, Lindsay formed Lane Law, PLLC to help entrepreneurs and businesses protect their brands.

Lindsay is a complete “foodie” who also loves fashion, sports, and traveling and understands the importance of brand identity. She also consults and collaborates with other solo and boutique law firms to provide strategic legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of legal issues.
